AI Based Search

The AI Search feature will provide users of the Qualetics portal the abilitiy to search across all insights using natural language queries for fetching common insights.

Users could pose questions such as below to receive answers from the data collected and insights processed in the Qualetics platform.

Please note that this setting is available for only certain plans, so kindly check your plan features while trying to use this.

In order to use AI Based search, please go to the section AI Settings, find the setting titled AI Search and click on the toggle to Enable it. If your Qualetics subscription plan allows this feature, it will be automatically enabled. Otherwise, you will be presented with the option to upgrade to the plan that supports this.

Once enabled, a confirmation message will flash across the screen indicating that the setting has been applied successfully.

In addition to that, the Search Bar present on the top of the page will show the placeholder text - "AI Enabled Search for Insights", to indicate that AI Based Search is now enabled, as shown below.

AI Based Search is available on all pages of the Qualetics Portal.

To use it, simply go to the Search Bar present on the top of the page and click in the textbox. This will enable a larger section to appear which will present a query window to enter your query.

Please type your query in the search text box and press on the button labelled "Search". Follow any instructions provided in the search area.

While the search query is being executed, a loading icon will indicate that the search is active.

When the search is complete, the results will be displayed in the space provided below the Search text box.

In addition to the search result in the response format, the results also provide the links to insights which can show more detailed results in a graphical as well as tabular format.

Clicking on the Insight links will take you to the detailed view of the insight.
