Creating your account

Access the Signup page

Proceed to www.qualetics.com/signup. You will be redirected to the screen below.

In order to create your portal, first please proceed by choosing your preferred method of authentication. This will be the authentication method you will be using for accessing the Qualetics portal.

NOTE: The option selected in this step will set as your authentication process to login to the Qualetics portal. It is not possible to switch to a different authentication mechanism once an option is selected here.

Choose your preferred Authentication option

Choose one of the options below. The information below describes the process related to each option -

Continue with Google Authentication

  • Complete authentication process with your preferred Google account
  • Once authenticated, you will be redirected to the Organization and Portal Setup screen shown below.

Continue with Manual Authentication

  • Select the checkbox to Agree to the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Statements"
  • Click on "Get Started"
  • You will receive a verification email as below to confirm your email address.
  • Click on the link in the email to complete your verification and you will be redirected to the Portal Setup Screen

Organization & Portal Setup

Depending on the Authentication option you choose, you will be able to enter the following details about your Organization to setup your Qualetics Portal.

NOTE: The User Details section will NOT be visible if you choose the Google Authentication

Enter the name of the person who will be responsible for the account. The field will be pre-filled with the name of the user from the sign-in step

Please enter the promotional/LTD codes you were provided in this field

Contact Email Address

Enter the Contact person's email address. This will be used for important communications about your Portal and your account.

Password & Confirm Password Only applicable to the manual authentication process is selected

Enter your preferred password here if you have chosen a manual username and password based authentication in the previous step. IMPORTANT: Please choose a password that is at least 12 characters long and includes the following - - 1 upper case letter - 1 lower case letter - 1 number - 1 special character

After entering all your information, click on the "Complete Setup and Launch Portal" button. This will redirect you to your newly created Qualetics Portal.

Launch Portal

Your new portal will now be available at the Portal URL you chose in the Organization and Portal Setup screen.

On your first login, the Software Quality Overview screen will be presented with data loaded from a Demo app. Feel free to navigate around the portal and explore the insights presented. Once you are ready to connect your app to see the similar insights being presented from the demo app, click on the Connect your Data button to integrate your application data with the Qualetics portal.
