Error Types

  • This chart depicts the different types of errors encountered by the applications because of exceptions on account of bugs, defects, latency issues, and user friction points and are categorized as Critical, Major, and Minor errors
  • In addition, this chart also indicates a percentage change (increase/decrease) for each type of the error in the last 7 days over the previous 7 days
  • Higher the number of errors irrespective of whether they are Critical, Major, or Minor errors, lower is the software quality of the application and vice versa. Also, the lower the percentage number for each type of error, the better as this means the software quality is high and vice versa.
