Subscriptions feature allows you to setup conditions that you would like the Qualetics platform to monitor and alert when those conditions are met.
For example, if you would like to notified when a user visits the Contact Us page or more specifically, when a user submits a form on the Contact Us page specifically referring to a product, then Subscriptions is the feature that would allow you to do that.
By default, all Subscriptions are active for 7 days once created and will continue to monitor your data during the period and alert when the conditions are met.
How to access Subscriptions?
Go to the Visualize View of any Qualetics Insight by following the steps below
Click on the Subscriptions button (Indicated by a Bell Icon) below the Visualization
A dialog box is displayed which shows a series of fields that can be used to setup conditions for subscriptions.
How to setup Subscriptions?
Use the input fields to setup a condition that needs to be monitored. In the following screen, a condition is setup to watch for a specific user.
Once the condition is set, clicking on the Subscribe button will save and activate the subscription. The system is now monitoring the subscription defined.
How to view Saved Subscriptions?
To access saved Subscriptions, access the Subscriptions button from top menu under Settings > Subscriptions
All the subscriptions created previously will be displayed in the Subscriptions page with the most recent subscription shown at the top as seen below.
What are the different Subscription statuses?
The following Statuses are applicable for Subscriptions
- Pending - The subscription is created and no match has been found yet
- Active - A match for the subscription has been found and the user has been notified. The subscription will remain active for the time specified in the From and To Dates
- Completed - Satisfied - A match for the subscription has been found and the user has been notified. The subscription is no longer active as it is past the time period specified in the From and To dates.
- Completed - Not Satisfied - A match for the subscription has not been found. The subscription is no longer active as it is past the time period specified in the From and To dates.
How will users be notified?
When a subscription condition is met, the users will be notified through email. See below for an example email notification about a Subscription alert.
Clicking on the link in the email will redirect the user directly to the insight on the Portal. Note that, if required a login screen will be presented before accessing the link if the user is not already logged into the Qualetics portal.
If enabled based on the plan, the Analyze view will display the data matching the Subsciption condition as well.
